These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YANA-IGY emergency alert service operated by You Are Never Alone I Got You LLC ("YANA-IGY", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our SMS alert service, you agree to these Terms.
YANA-IGY provides emergency disaster alert notifications via SMS text messages. Alerts may include information about fires, floods, severe weather, and other threats relevant to your selected county.
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided.
YANA-IGY is an independent emergency alert service. We are NOT affiliated with FEMA, the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA), the National Weather Service, or any other government agency. Our alerts are supplemental and do not replace official government emergency notifications.
Alerts sent by YANA-IGY are one-way only. We do not process or respond to replies. The keywords STOP and HELP are handled automatically by our messaging system. Test alerts may be sent periodically to verify delivery to your device.
YANA-IGY is an alert-to-move service. You are responsible for understanding alerts and making decisions to physically move out of harm's way. YANA-IGY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any alert.
We strive to deliver alerts promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Delivery depends on wireless carrier networks, device availability, and other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YANA-IGY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
